Adhesive Description:

NECAL 8808 is a supported pressure sensitive adhesive displaying high tack and good creep resistance.

Features:
NECAL
8808 will adhere to many substrates.  8808s thickness gives good conformability to rough or uneven surfaces (i.e. mold marks, etc.).

Physical Properties:
Composition: Acrylic based Adhesive
Release liner: Available with P or W liner
Thickness: Total construction 9.0 mils
Scrim: 2.0 mils Non-woven polyester
Adhesion (PSTC-1 std.): 350-375 oz./in.
Tensile (Polyester to SS, 1 sq.in.): 180 p.s.i.
Shear adhesion (Polyester to SS, 1000 grams/sq.in.): 7 days +
Application temperature: 50°F Minimum
Service temperature range: -40°F minimum to 225°F maximum

Bonding Instructions:
Remove the release liner and apply mask to clean, dry substrate.  Use firm pressure to obtain maximum contact.  Use of air, hydraulic or mechanical bonding press is recommended with pressure of 40-60 p.s.i. with dwell time of 2-5 seconds.

Storage:
The shelf life of this material is at least two years when stored in a cool, dry place.

Adhesive Description:

NECAL 8194 is a supported pressure sensitive adhesive that has been designed for high performance requirements in “membrane switch” applications.

Features:
NECAL
8194 exhibits excellent diecuttability and shows no adhesive ooze even after extensive aging.  Adhesion is good to most substrates exhibiting repositionability due to lower initial tack but will build to a superior bond after 24-48 hours.  8194, with excellent heat, UV and chemical resistance, is recommended for high performance applications.

Physical Properties:
Composition: Acrylic based adhesive
Release liner: Available with P, W, H, HD, VF liner
Thickness: Total construction 5.0 mil
Scrim: .001 gauge polyester
Adhesion (PSTC-1 std.): Initial: 80-100 oz./in.  Aged: 170-180 oz./in.
