Adhesive Description:
NECAL 7114 is a unique unsupported heat activated adhesive.
Features:
NECAL 7114 displays high bond strengths to many substrates including vinyl, metal, a variety of plastics and various cloths and leathers. 7114 has excellent environmental resistance.
Physical Properties:
Adhesion: Cloth & vinyl destroying bond
Thickness: Total construction 1.0 mils
Service temperature range: -40°F minimum to 200°F maximum
Bonding Instructions:
Bonding instructions: 4-10 seconds at 325-375°F depending on materials bonded. Minimum glue line temperature of 300°F and adequate pressure to initiate bonding required.
Storage:
The shelf life of this material is two years when stored in a cool, dry place.
