NECAL can custom coat your materials to your specifications using our knife-over-roll or Mayer rod production coating equipment. Coating to your specifications using all your materials, with the methods of knife-over-roll or Mayer rod on our production equipment. We can direct coat or transfer coat to dry film thicknesses of 0.5 to 8 mil dependent on the chemistry. Maximum material web width of the equipment is 56”.
A pilot coater and oven is also available for development work. The coater is a knife-over-roll and has a material web width of 26”.
