Toll Coating Capabilities and Services
Necal offers toll-coating services, both low volume and high volume. Necal will also provide product development coating services. Our process and Quality Control systems ensure your products are consistently manufactured to your specifications. Necal is ISO 9001 Registered.
Necal's primary oven is a five-zone, natural gas fired, 165 feet oven. The coater is knife-over-roll and wire rod. Material webs up to 57 inches can be accommodated. Acrylic PSA, rubber-base PSA and emulsion coatings can be directly applied to your substrate.
A pilot coater and oven is also available for development work. Material webs up to 30 inches can be accommodated. The coater is Knife-over-roll and both Acrylic PSA and Rubber-base PSA coatings can be accommodated.
Necal's coating and curing systems provide a plethora of efficient coating and curing capabilities. Coat weights from 0.5 mil to 8.0mil dry can be effectively and efficiently applied. Transfer coating is also available in-line on both coating lines.
